Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order ID, delivery receipt, etc.)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition
- Items returned without prior communication or authorization
- Returns requested due to a change of mind or customer error in ordering

- Include your order ID, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return.
- The product must be handed over to the courier as instructed.
Refunds
we offer cash on delivery only.
- Cash refunds are not available due to our payment model.
Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or incorrect and meets return conditions, we can exchange it for the same item (subject to availability).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will prioritize your case and resolve it quickly.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
